Romania meet Israel in the semi-final 12.06.2015 10:40

The reigning “Art-football” champion Romania will play Israel today at Lokomotiv stadium in the semi-final of the Vth Artists’ World Championship.

This is a result of the final draw that was held yesterday at the All-Russia Exhibition Centre.

Last year Romania and Israel met in the final of the tournament. The Romanians were more accurate at penalty shoot out (4:3) after no goals were scored in regular and extra time.

In the other semi-final of Absolute Stars group Russia will play Germany at Lokomotiv stadium in an attempt to qualify for the final first time since 2008. Last year the Russians lost to Israel in penalty shoot out and bit Brazil (4:2) for the 3rd place.
