Yuri Davydov, organizer of the “Art-football”, met with Pele in the Russian city of Krasnodar and invited the football legend to come to Moscow for the festival.

- He looked very interested when I told him about it and laughed when I said that a singing Pele would be the best symbol of the “Art-football” and that he sings better than we play football.
- Did he accept the invitation to come to Moscow in May?
- Pele said that the invitation was a surprise for him and that he has got a very tense schedule before the World Cup in Brazil. But he added that if he chances to come to Europe by the end of May he will make a jump to Moscow for the festival.
- As a singer or a guest of honor?
- As a singing guest of honor! Pele said that he is invited as a singer for a such serious event for the first time in his life! But he also warned that he was a bad singer.
- Does he know that Brazil is twice champion of the “Art-football”?
- I told him about it. He was very pleased and asked me whether the Brazilian players sing well. I told him frankly that they play football better than sing.
