On April 10, the draw for the group stage of the 4th World Cup among Artists took place.

The teams were divided into groups as follows:

Group A: Serbia, Slovenia, Hungary, Kyrgyzstan

Group B: Russia, Peru, Israel, Korea

Group C: Argentina, Turkey, Belarus, Paraguay

Group D: United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, Iran
